Job Description
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive for our Palarivattom, Kochi office (hybrid). This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates (0–1 year) who will manage and update the CRM, maintain dashboards, analyze customer data, prepare performance reports, and support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Required: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with SQL or Power BI/Tableau.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Compensation: INR 15,00–25,00 per month. Collaborative, data-driven environment with hybrid work flexibility.
