Job Description
Blue Chik Software Solutions is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Associate (1–3 years) based in Bangalore. Annual compensation: ₹224,387–₹972,689. Responsibilities include selling media solutions, qualifying and closing prospects, managing and following up leads via CRM, cold calling, arranging site visits, nurturing clients for referrals, and driving canopy and promotional lead generation. You will advise buyers on pricing and terms and are accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ideal candidates possess relevant sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
