Job Description
IRISH EXPERT LLP seeks a full-time Call Center Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, update customer records, provide email and chat support, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with delivery and other departments. The role requires identifying and addressing customer, student, and parent needs, resolving complaints, documenting interactions per SOP, meeting individual and team targets, attending trainings, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Qualifications: Degree in any field; strong communication skills; professional demeanor; computer literate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. On-site work in Thrissur; reliable commute or relocation required.
