Job Description

STAPLE TRADING SOLUTION is seeking a Jewellery Merchandiser to develop and implement merchandising and assortment strategies, collaborate with design and production teams, and conduct market research to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitors. The role will curate seasonal collections that balance classic and innovative styles, manage inventory to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock issues, and support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.

The Merchandiser will establish pricing and positioning through cost and market analysis, oversee quality control and production timelines, lead product launches, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain smooth product flow.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹40,00–₹50,00/month. Work Location: In-person.
