Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Service Manager to acquire new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers within assigned segments and generate referrals from the catchment area. You will ensure a strong account mix and constitution, proactively register and activate customers on direct banking channels, and exceed monthly acquisition targets by assessing transaction banking needs. Support the Sales Manager with catchment mapping, provide timely feedback to Sales/Relationship Managers, follow sales SOPs and compliance, and work with branch teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
