Job Description
JRJ Ventures is seeking an experienced Ticketing Staff to handle domestic and international bookings. Responsibilities include issuing fare quotes, creating and modifying reservations, processing cancellations and reissues, coordinating with airlines and partners, maintaining accurate records, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ticketing experience; strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre); excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
