Job Description
We are seeking a professional Chef de Partie to oversee a dedicated station, execute dishes to specification, and maintain rigorous food safety and cleanliness standards. You will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistent quality during service, supervise and train commis staff, and assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Requirements: Culinary diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent knife skills, strong time-management, and organizational ability
- Flexible availability for shift work and proven ability to perform under pressure
