Job Description
We seek an experienced Architect to lead building design, coordinate with clients and consultants, and produce detailed construction documents. The role includes conceptual design, BIM modeling, code- and budget-compliant documentation, site supervision, and contractor liaison.
- Requirements: Architecture degree; registered license preferred; minimum 3 years’ professional experience and a strong portfolio.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; excellent communication and project-management abilities.
- Attributes: Ability to manage multiple projects, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable design.
