Job Description
We are seeking an organized Associate Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee order processing, inventory updates, and shipping coordination. You will collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve fulfillment issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage order entry and tracking; coordinate carriers and shipments
- Update inventory systems and handle returns and exceptions
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare basic data reports and maintain documentation
Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in logistics or e-commerce operations, proficiency with order management systems, strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
