Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Campaign Operations Specialist to support campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting across digital channels. You will coordinate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and continuous performance monitoring. Responsibilities include managing ad tags, audience targeting, budgets, and trafficking tools; troubleshooting delivery issues; and implementing optimizations to meet KPIs.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years’ experience in campaign operations or ad trafficking, strong Excel proficiency, and familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
