Job Description
Fionaa Gold is seeking a detail-oriented Orders Executive to manage B2B orders from retailers and wholesalers. Responsibilities include coordinating with production for status updates, tracking order progress to ensure timely dispatch, maintaining precise order records, resolving order discrepancies, and reporting progress to supervisors. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of order processing experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and prior experience in the jewelry industry is preferred. This role requires acting as a liaison between sales and production teams to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
