Job Description
We are seeking a Property Sourcing Executive to identify and acquire residential and commercial properties for our investment portfolio. You will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with agents, owners, and developers, negotiate favorable terms, inspect and evaluate assets, and manage a sourcing pipeline and database. Timely reporting and coordination with legal and acquisitions teams to close transactions are required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sourcing or sales
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license; proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
