Job Description
Skillathon seeks a Housekeeping Assistant to ensure cleanliness and uphold high facility standards. You will supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, manage cleaning supply inventory, respond promptly to guest requests, inspect rooms and common areas, report maintenance issues, and enforce health and safety protocols.
- Requirements: prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, effective team management, clear communication and excellent customer service, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Details: full-time; permanent or 12-month contract; in-person role; salary ₹8,086.00–₹26,232.83 per month.
