Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Associate to support daily net asset value (NAV) calculations, reconciliations, month-end close, investor reporting, and audit preparation. The role requires maintaining ledger accuracy, investigating and resolving balance variances, and ensuring adherence to fund accounting policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of experience in fund or investment accounting, strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency, analytical problem-solving, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and industry regulations is a plus.
