Trir Hormones International seeks a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support business development efforts. Primary duties include greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling appointments, processing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area. The role also assists with researching leads, contacting prospects, supporting proposal preparation, attending events, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
- Qualifications: High school diploma (business degree preferred), receptionist or business development experience advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service, MS Office and CRM proficiency, multitasking, attention to detail, proactive attitude.
