Blue Staunch Infotech Pvt Ltd seeks a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role requires providing accurate product and service information, processing orders, recording interactions in the CRM, resolving complaints politely, and achieving quality and productivity targets while coordinating with internal teams.
- Requirements: excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service orientation; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; basic product knowledge (training provided); minimum 6 months telecalling experience; fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Details: Full-time position, on-site. Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month.
