Job Description
We seek a courteous, hardworking Sales Associate to assist customers and support daily operations in our textile shop.
- Greet customers, assess needs, recommend suitable fabrics and products.
- Explain fabric types, uses, and prices; assist with measuring, cutting, bundling, packing, and displays.
- Handle billing and cash counter duties if required; maintain clean, organized racks and report low stock or feedback to management.
- Adhere to shop policies, dress code, and schedules.
Requirements: minimum education equivalent to high school completion, basic reading and speaking skills, punctuality, honesty, ability to stand for long periods. Retail/textile experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Entry level. Pay: ₹12,00–₹15,100/month. Benefits include commuter assistance, flexible schedule, meals, health insurance, and provident fund. In-person.
