Job Description
Matrixx Overseas Migration in Kochi is hiring a full-time, in-person Recruitment Executive for the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates (welders, pipe fitters, technicians, engineers), conducting initial interviews, coordinating client meetings, maintaining candidate trackers, preparing recruitment reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: strong understanding of Oil & Gas roles; excellent sourcing, communication (Hindi required) and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple vacancies and use recruitment tools.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred); 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (O&G preferred). Freshers with strong communication may apply. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary ₹15,00–₹18,00/month.
