Job Description

We seek a dedicated Infection Control Nurse to lead the hospital’s infection prevention program, monitor surveillance data, and implement evidence-based protocols that safeguard patients and staff. The role includes conducting outbreak investigations, developing and updating IPC policies, delivering staff training, performing compliance audits, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe clinical practices.

• Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license and experience in infection prevention.
• Expertise in epidemiology, IPC standards, data analysis, risk assessment, and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to promote adherence to hand hygiene, isolation procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
