Job Description
We seek an experienced Admission Counsellor to oversee daily centre operations and convert inquiries into admissions. Key responsibilities include outdoor marketing, parent engagement, target-driven sales, team supervision, revenue collection, and data/customer management. This is an in-person, full-time, permanent role based in Gurgaon.
- Schedule: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00; Sat 09:00–18:00; Sun off
- Requirements: 4–6 years in a similar role; direct sales and education experience preferred; excellent communication; strong rapport with parents and children; self-motivated learner
- Compensation & benefits: ₹25,00–35,00/month; Sportyze child care perks
