Job Description
Whyte Farms seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Executive to manage phone inquiries, assist customers with products and orders, and resolve complaints with empathy. The role requires coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, maintaining product knowledge, and accurate documentation of interactions.
- Handle customer calls and provide clear, professional assistance
- Resolve complaints empathetically and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely order completion
- Maintain product knowledge and detailed interaction records
Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer support experience, fluency in English and Hindi, reliable commute or ability to relocate before start. Salary: ₹20,00–₹35,00 per month. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
