Job Description
Arch-Espaco, a leading architectural firm in Thiruvananthapuram serving Kerala and Tamil Nadu, is seeking a full-time Project Architect. The candidate will manage projects from concept through construction, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, prepare drawings and construction details, and review contract documents.
- B.Arch or M.Arch; 0–4 years of experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design tools
- Experience in detailing, specifications, and construction administration
- Strong project management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sustainable design knowledge and National Council of Architecture registration are advantages
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (on-site with hybrid flexibility). Compensation: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month.
