Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer experience across online marketplaces. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ content), maintaining pricing and promotions, resolving listing suppressions, coordinating fulfillment and replenishment, handling returns and claims, responding to buyer inquiries within SLA, and monitoring performance metrics (conversion, CTR, Buy Box, ODR, ACOS/ROAS).
- Prepare regular reports and coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts.
- Ensure marketplace policy compliance and manage reconciliations.
- Assist with basic PPC tasks and on-page SEO.
Qualifications: 2–4 years hands-on with Amazon Seller Central; experience with Flipkart/BigBasket/Meesho/quick-commerce is a plus. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹22,00/month. Work Location: On-site. Contact: +91-9211311226.
