Job Description
Revensa Enterprises seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Thrissur office (work from office). Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month + incentives. Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle chat support, inbound/outbound and order confirmation calls.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, warehouse, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and escalate when necessary.
Requirements: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi; strong verbal and written communication; ability to multitask under pressure; basic computer skills (chat tools, CRM, email, Excel). Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduate; prior customer support experience preferred. Work hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sunday off. Benefits include monthly incentives and cell phone reimbursement.
