Job Description
SALT Attire is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate (female) for our Elan Miracle store in Sector 84, Gurgaon. This full-time, in-person position requires delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining attractive visual merchandising, accurately processing transactions, and increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentable grooming, basic math ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation: ₹21,00–₹28,00 per month plus paid sick time.
