Job Description

We seek an Experience Center Ambassador to represent Frido in-store, creating memorable ergonomic lifestyle experiences. You will welcome customers consultatively, assess needs, demonstrate products, and communicate benefits focused on comfort and wellness. Maintain a professional, polished presence and uphold the Experience Center ambiance through excellent service and clear communication.

• Conduct product demonstrations, answer queries, and support events and activations.
• Collect customer feedback to refine the in-store experience.
• Requirements: strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentable, confident, customer-focused; ability to engage urban, health-conscious customers. Curiosity and adaptability required. Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Full-time, permanent; Pay: ₹400,00–₹600,00 per year; Work location: in person.
