Job Description
We are seeking a professional Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional service from guest arrival through departure. This role greets and assists guests, manages reservations, addresses inquiries and complaints, coordinates with housekeeping and operations, processes check-ins and check-outs, and maintains accurate guest records.
- Requirements: strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; fluency in English; 1–2 years in hospitality; familiarity with property management or booking systems.
