Job Description
About us: Speakeasy Berlin and GfW Weiterbildung are leaders in language education and vocational training in Germany. We are launching a new initiative in India and seek a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support learners and help establish our Chennai location.
Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact, guiding prospective students in course selection, and ensuring excellent learner satisfaction.
- Requirements: strong service orientation, fluency in English (German is a plus), confident communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
