Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer communications, sales follow-ups, and order processing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and SAP, adept at building customer relationships, and skilled in coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
- Handle daily customer contact via phone, email, and messaging
- Prepare and update quotations, reports, and documentation (MS Office)
- Record and track sales entries, orders, and customer data in SAP
- Coordinate delivery schedules, stock availability, and service needs
- Provide customer insights and support to the sales team
Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹18,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave, and provident fund. On-site work required.
Requirements
