Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined Stores Assistant to support inventory control and ensure proper storage and documentation of all goods. The role assists the Accounts Assistant or F&B Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels, enforce HACCP procedures, and preserve product integrity regarding temperature and shelf life.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely, authorized requisitions and secure storeroom access.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, rejected, and expired; manage par stock and report spoilage or damage.
• Contribute to inventory reviews, identify slow-moving items, reduce waste, and recommend cost-effective stock levels.
• Uphold store maintenance, security, and compliance with hotel policies; escalate issues affecting hotel interests.
