Job Description
We seek a full-time, execution-focused professional to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: discovery, outreach, dispatch coordination, content collection, and reporting. This is an operational role requiring strict documentation, daily discipline, and measurable output.
- Shortlist 90–150 creators/week; send 300+ outreach messages; convert 60–90 creators.
- Coordinate shipments; track 100% deliveries; collect 60–75 videos/reviews weekly with quality checks.
- Maintain twice-daily Google Sheet updates, content folders, and message logs; handle creator issues and payments until resolved.
- Tools: Google Sheets, Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp/Instagram DMs. In-person role; salary ₹15,00–₹20,00/month.
