Core responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing tailored proposals, processing applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with branch staff to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in bancassurance or financial services, demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills, and maintains a customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
