Job Description
We are seeking a full-time VIP Service Executive to support premium international members in person at our Andheri, Mumbai office. Night shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Candidates should hold HSC or a graduate degree and have at least 1 year of experience in international customer service or a voice-based process.
- Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients; curate and recommend suitable matches.
- Facilitate conversations, provide relationship guidance, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate excellent English, cross-cultural sensitivity, empathy, and a results-driven attitude.
Compensation: ₹400,00–₹600,00 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, Provident Fund, incentives, and opportunities for learning and career growth.
