Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience in chit companies, NBFCs, or finance. Key responsibilities include negotiating client and vendor contracts and drafting terms and conditions, establishing company-wide policies and procedures, reviewing financial reports with actionable recommendations, and developing proposals to secure new business.

• Location: Thrissur, Kerala (in person)
• Salary: ₹17,00–₹22,00 per month

• Experience: 1 year in Chit/NBFC required
• English proficiency preferred
