Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on KPIs; identify and implement process improvements; support project rollouts.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
