Job Description

Le Méridien Navi Mumbai seeks a professional Reservations Associate to process reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail. Responsibilities include determining appropriate room types and rates, verifying availability, explaining guarantee and cancellation policies, documenting special requests, and entering accurate codes and rates in the reservation system. The role requires clear, courteous telephone etiquette, adherence to escalation procedures, and compliance with company policies regarding confidentiality, appearance, and guest privacy. Ability to assist guests, support team goals, and perform light lifting (up to 10 lbs) is required.
