Job Description
EyeTGlobal Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Customer Support Associate for domestic and international inbound/outbound processes. The role involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; providing accurate solutions within SLAs; documenting interactions in CRM; following scripts; escalating unresolved issues; and collaborating to meet targets.
- Requirements: strong English and Hindi communication, active listening, basic computer and typing skills, patience, shift flexibility, and teamwork.
- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Freshers welcome; 1 year experience preferred. Age 18–35. Rotational shifts, weekly offs, full-time in-person.
