Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Bodyshop Customer Relations Executive to serve as the primary customer contact from vehicle intake to delivery. You will document damage, prepare detailed job cards and accurate cost estimates (labor, parts, paint), and liaise with insurance surveyors and parts suppliers.
- Coordinate technicians and monitor repair progress.
- Provide regular customer updates and explain repairs and costs at handover.
- Resolve complaints and manage repair documentation, invoicing, and payment assistance.
- Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure timely, quality repairs.
Compensation: ₹12,00–₹16,00 per month.
