Job Description
KOSTA SHIPPING LLP seeks an Operations Executive to manage and optimize a 250-truck fleet for domestic and coastal shipping. The role focuses on scheduling to reduce turnaround and idle time, coordinating drivers and loading teams, enhancing communication, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing KPI reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred) and proven fleet management experience in domestic/coastal shipping.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi required.
