Job Description
Smriti Apparels is seeking a full-time, in-person Retail Store Assistant based on Wood Street, Kolkata. Responsibilities include managing CRM and client follow-ups; responding to Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries; arranging video consultations and closing sales; maintaining store displays and visual merchandising; assisting walk-in customers; and updating order charts.
- Requirements: Female candidates from Kolkata only, Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and a minimum of 1 year in fashion retail.
- Skills: Organized, presentable, proactive, with strong communication and sales abilities.
- Compensation: ₹8,086–₹20,00 per month.
