Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive/Tele-Caller to engage prospective parents, explain school programs and facilities, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through professional communication and timely follow-up.
- Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound calls, present curriculum, fees, transport and admission process, schedule campus visits and counseling, maintain CRM records, coordinate with Admissions, Marketing and Branch Heads, resolve parent concerns, and meet conversion targets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years in tele-calling/customer service (education preferred), fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu, strong persuasion and objection-handling skills, CRM experience, target-driven and proactive.
- Details: full-time on-site, contractual 6-month term, weekends during peak season (compensatory off). Compensation ₹18,00–₹25,00/month. Training provided.
