Job Description
Aveda Mountains and Mist seeks a skilled Chef de Partie to oversee its South Indian kitchen. This full-time, on-site role (₹23,00–₹25,00/month) involves preparing authentic South Indian dishes, supervising a station, ensuring strict hygiene and consistent quality, managing inventory, and coordinating with the culinary team. Candidates should possess proven experience in South Indian cuisine, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start is preferred.
