Job Description
National Securities Depository seeks a Compliance Officer based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is a Graduate in Law (LLB) or Commerce with Company Secretary (CS) qualification, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor SEBI, RBI and other regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation.
- Draft and review regulatory policies, agendas and minutes for PID/ROC/Board.
- Maintain regulatory records and ensure timely SEBI filings (LODR, PIT).
- Implement and review Code of Conduct and Insider Trading policies; manage trading windows, pre-clearance and disclosures.
- Coordinate internal compliance reviews, close audit findings, prepare reports for the Board/Audit Committee and liaise with regulators.
Strong regulatory interpretation, drafting and stakeholder coordination skills required.
