Job Description
NTT DATA seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources & Insurance Operations Associate to manage adjudication claims, reconcile payments and denials, and ensure adherence to healthcare insurance policies. Candidates should have 1–3 years of claims-processing experience, preferably with Facets; familiarity with HCFA and UB claim formats is advantageous.
Ideal applicants demonstrate strong communication, independent problem-solving, and solid analytical skills. The position requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve claim issues and maintain accurate documentation.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–3:30 AM IST (AR SHIFT)
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs
