We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to provide exceptional service and ensure memorable stays. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, addressing and resolving concerns promptly, collecting feedback, coordinating with operations, and training team members. Key responsibilities include personalized guest interactions, complaint resolution, appropriate upselling, and preparing guest satisfaction reports.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service; strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and flexibility.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
