Job Description
Oray Tea seeks a proactive, organized Field Sales Representative to drive retail growth across on‑trade and off‑trade channels. Primary responsibilities include:
- Executing field sales and identifying new retail and distribution opportunities
- Developing and maintaining retailer relationships; conducting product demos and tastings
- Meeting monthly sales targets and implementing in‑store promotions
- Coordinating POS and promotional materials with design; supporting social media and brand activations
- Collecting customer feedback and monitoring competitor activity
Full-time, in-person position. Salary: ₹9,048.78–₹25,00 per month. Ideal candidates have retail sales or FMCG marketing experience and demonstrate strong initiative and organizational skills.
