Job Description
We seek a caring, responsible Grade 2 Mother Teacher to lead all core subjects for 6–7-year-olds, creating a nurturing, structured classroom. Responsibilities include planning activity-based lessons (English, Maths, EVS, basic GK), promoting reading, writing, comprehension and numeracy, using creative aids (flashcards, storytelling, phonics), monitoring progress, maintaining notebooks and portfolios, supporting emotional and social development, communicating with parents, supervising events, and attending trainings and PTMs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s (Education/Child Development preferred), NTT/B.Ed/D.El.Ed and early primary experience advantageous. Skills: patience, classroom management, strong communication, creativity, and ability to support slow learners. Full-time, in-person; salary ₹12,00–₹15,00/month.
