Job Description
Boost Tech is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee community dance programs and coordinate with partner NGOs. The role includes scheduling and supervising instructors (including volunteers), preparing monthly operational reports, and ensuring smooth program delivery.
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Key responsibilities: instructor scheduling, NGO liaison, volunteer management, monthly reporting
- Required skills: strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, professional email and report drafting
- Experience: 3–9 years; NGO background preferred; social work coursework a plus
- Notice period: immediate joiners preferred
- Compensation: ₹30,00–₹35,00 per month
