Job Description
We seek a professional Voice Process Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls for residential projects in Coimbatore. The role involves verifying leads, engaging customers, and scheduling site visits. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience (real estate preferred).
- Qualify leads, update CRM, and explain pricing, amenities, and location
- Convert leads to confirmed visits; coordinate appointments with sales executives
- Send confirmations/reminders, maintain follow-up cycles, and generate daily/weekly reports tracking lead → visit → booking
- Fluent Tamil and English, telecalling/customer service experience, strong persuasion, objection handling, active listening, and basic computer/CRM proficiency
Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00/month.
