Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop service)

Shift: Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones, with fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).

About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers. The primary focus will be delivering exceptional and tailored support, with no sales targets involved.

Requirements: Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English, have completed at least the 12th grade, and be comfortable working night shifts. Both freshers and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹19,00, with additional benefits including travel allowances and attendance bonuses.
